AZUR PAYMENT, WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. If something appears incorrect (pricing error or technical issue), we will contact you before dispatch.


Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t fit; physically or personally.

You have two layers of protection:

1. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Notify us within 14 days
  • Return the product within 14 days after notification

We will refund you within 14 days after receiving the product or proof of return.

2. AZUR 30-Day Return Policy

Beyond the statutory right, we offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.

Return conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • Tags attached

Free Returns

Returns are free within the Netherlands.

For orders outside the Netherlands, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Every AZUR product is designed for performance, durability, and longevity.

24-Month Product Guarantee

We provide a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and material faults.

If something fails due to production error, we will:

  • Repair
  • Replace
  • Or refund (if necessary)

We decide the most appropriate solution together.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect washing
  • Fabric damage due to misuse
  • Accidental damage

Statutory Rights

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
